3 Delicious Summer Cocktails
We are getting ready for the first official day of summer and what better way to prepare for that than with a Bubbly Side of Life and Team Cocktail Happy Hour!
We will be making 3 summer cocktails and invite you to create them right along with us.

Summer Cocktails
For this happy hour at home, we are making 3 different refreshing cocktails that have, of course, all been bubbly-ized.
Now, we know the first day of summer isn’t until June 21, but our weather is certainly acting like summer, so let’s embrace it now, shall we?
These summer drinks can be enjoyed poolside, oceanfront, on a balcony or back porch…really anywhere and everywhere you sit back, soak up some sun and enjoy a refreshing cocktail. And none of these are not hard to make at all…remember neither Lyndsey nor Vicki are actual bartenders!
And since we’re not actual bartenders, (but like to pretend we are), you can bet these summer drink recipes are quick and easy to create.
So let’s take a look at our featured summer cocktails and gather the ingredients for a good time.
Summer Drink Recipes
First up is Orange Crush. Created at Harborside Bar & Grill in Maryland, it’s not all that fancy of a cocktail, but is certainly enjoyed all summer long.
With just 4 ingredients, this cocktail is super easy to make over and over again. In fact, some of your beer drinking friends may actually enjoy this as well. And not to take anything away from the classic mimosa, but this could certainly make a great morning cocktail.
Next up is the Bubbly Bliss. This cocktail is inspired by the Bubbly Side of Life signature drink, The Bubbly Side that was created on a trip to Hawaii.
Now here’s what’s fun about this island themed, perfect oceanfront or poolside drink…it can be enjoyed frozen or on the rocks. And in fact, when we were messing around with it in Hawaii we even tried it blended with the bubbly in the blender. Now that will make for an extra frothy drink (and a potentially big mess), but it’s still tasty.
So, if you like strawberries and vodka, you’ll definitely want to give this one a try on a lovely summer day.
And last up, we have the Tom Collins. We heard you on our previous happy hours that you wanted us to take some of the classic cocktails and bubbly-ize them and that’s just what we did with this.
And in testing this one out for you (yes, this job is rough) we discovered Aviation American Gin which is owned by Ryan Reynolds. And what’s best about this gin is it isn’t overly Christmas tree flavored. And we know you know what we mean by that.
So if you’re a gin lover, this one is for you.
