Today we celebrate a classic, easy, light and refreshing drink, the Gin & Tonic. One of the easiest drinks because it only requires two ingredients, well technically three if you include the fruit.
We suggest enjoying this cocktail with a gin that has a slight citrus flavor and a great blend of botanicals. Don't we sound fancy! LOL! Don't let us fool you…we really just prefer either Bombay Sapphire or Tanqueray, but really any gin will do!
The second important piece is the tonic water. While you can use any store brand you want, we suggest checking out some of the newer tonic brands out there for a better flavor. Two of our favorites are Fever-Tree and Q Drinks. Rumor has it that Quinine helps with COVID, but don't take our word for it, we're not medical professionals.
Finally, garnish with a lime and BAM! You have a refreshing, super easy and delicious cocktail!
